Unfortunately quite some negligence in regards to maintenance. Toilet, bathroom walls and ceiling, lamp.
Wouldn’t need a lot of money but attention to make the place really enjoyable.
Location and people are nice.

Groot hotel op steenworp afstand van Uxmal. Zwembad met cabanas waren lekker. Jammer genoeg konden we niet eerder inchecken en was de receptioniste een beetje onvriendelijk. Bij het zwembad komt men regelmatig vragen of je iets wilt drinken. We zaten op de bovenste etage en hadden een mooi uitzicht. Helaas geen koelkast in de kamer. Het eten in het restaurant was erg matig.

Lovely place in the jungle! Great food, we did the Temozcal ceremony and the beer spa and massage...absolutely excellent. Great service, clean, friendly and helpful staff and the shower in our room was amazing. Strong pressure and lots of hot/cold water. Pool was lovely, good drinks... we had the whole place to ourself. The property is a little dated, but it's well maintained and well staffed and the price for our package was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Really unhelpful staff, gave us incorrect information. The air con didn’t work, the coffee maker didn’t work and zero intention to help us in any way. Much cuter places to stay nearer the ruins. The internet also didn’t work. Insisted we pay cash and when we asked to pay card once the internet was back and running they simply said “no”.
